> What each publish of @mdxui/site and @mdxui/themes holds, from 7.0.0-alpha.0, and what each leaves to a later one.

Both packages publish together, at one version. They are alpha, unlicensed and closed source: install them from npm, and read their types, schemas and renders here.

## 7.0.0-alpha.0

Published to npm on 8 October 2026: the first release of `@mdxui/site`, and `@mdxui/themes` at the same version. Earlier versions under the mdxui name are an earlier design; [Coming from earlier mdxui](https://next.mdxui.dev/docs/start/from-earlier-mdxui) maps one to the other.
