Why vaultline

A bookkeeping firm sells trust before it sells hours. Vaultline's serif on warm paper reads like a letter from a partner, and its plated offer sets the monthly close apart from a one-off return.

How it was built

The brief. A two-partner bookkeeping and tax firm that sells a monthly close and a yearly return. The hero promises one date: "Books closed by the fifth."

The records. One JSON record per page under pages/ledgerhouse/: the services, the monthly close, about and terms name article, pricing names api-product, and an eight-field intake names contact.

The Theme. Every record names "theme": "vaultline", the Theme Sidework also wears. A Theme is the firm's choice, not its kind of business.

The 404 and the intake flow. 404.json leads back home. The intake form posts to its action, and intake/sent.json is the page a new client lands on. A static host answers no post, so on this host the form does not send.

Use this Site

  1. Download the 9 records. The zip holds ledgerhouse/pages/, one record per page, each with its $schema.

    bash
    curl -O https://next.mdxui.dev/sites/ledgerhouse/records.zip
    unzip records.zip

  2. Install the pinned pair.

    bash
    pnpm add @mdxui/site@7.0.0-alpha.0 @mdxui/themes@7.0.0-alpha.0

  3. Rename the folder, rewrite each record for your Business, and render the folder as a Site: Ship a Site walks the script, the 404 and the contact flow.
